The fibre disc for the coolest grinding with new and unique X-Technology. Thanks to innovative X-Technology, the 4570 siabite fibre disc brings you considerably cooler grinding with a long service life and a consistent cutting performance on stainless steel and mild steel. With new and unique X-Technology, an active cooling aid is applied directly to the top level, which enhances cooling and minimises discolouration.

PREMIUM tungsten carbide burrs for steel. These tungsten carbide burrs have been specially developed for use on stainless steel and produced on the most modern CNC grinding machines. The newly developed geometry enables cool grinding with the longest tool lifetimes on hand-operated, pneumatic and electric machines. The abrasive cutter profile is especially long-chipping and ensures a high stock removal volume. A reduced generation of heat protects the millingcutter and the workpiece. Increased lifetime: Long tool lifetimes are achieved thanks to thespecially developed geometry of the milling cutter. Maximum stock removal: The removal of especially long slivers enables results to be obtained quickly and easily. Universal use: TYROLIT tungsten carbide burrs are used on a wide range of hand-operated pneumatic or electric machinesand industrial robots.

At the forefront of technology:TYROLIT is one of the first abrasive manufacturers to integrate Bosch’s new mounting system X-LOCK for a broad assortment of cut-off wheels, grinding wheels and flap discs. The new system for angle grinders makes it incredibly easy to change accessories. With the next generation PREMIUM*** 2in1 cut-off wheels you can enhance performance while significantly reducing tool wear. In thicknesses of 1.0 to 1.6 mm, these super-thin 2in1 cut-off wheels have been developed for machining steel and stainless steel. The chemical purity makes this tool ideal for machining stainless steel. In this way, impairments to the material, such as corrosion, pitting corrosion or a reduction in the fatigue strength, can be avoided. As well as a clear improvement in productivity, these cut-off wheels also promote environmentally friendly use thanks to reduced waste production.
