VIKING 300mm extension for hole saw holders with an 11mm hexagonal shaft (M44, M46 PS, and M50). The shaft on the extension is just under 11mm. The size of the hole saw determines whether a large or small holder should be used. For hole saws smaller than Ø32mm, a small holder is used. For hole saws from Ø32mm and up, a large holder is used. The holders come with a short HSS drill bit that fits all HSS Bi-Metal hole saws. If the holder is to be used for VIKING CARBIDE CUT Hard Metal Hole Saws, a long HM (Hard Metal) drill bit must be ordered as these hole saws are longer and are used together with hard metal drill bits for hard materials.
