Metro Therm Combi tank for biofuel - specially developed for biofuel
The combi tank for biofuel is the optimal solution for heating domestic water if you want to use alternative energy sources with low flow temperature, e.g. biofuel and solar heating.
The tank is equipped with a spiral at the bottom and an electric heating element at the top. This enables temperature stratification, so that the upper part of the tank maintains the desired temperature and the lower part has a lower temperature. This means that better cooling of the spiral is achieved, which is an advantage, e.g. when connecting to solar heating and biofuel.
The tanks are treated on the inside with special enamel, which protects against rust, limescale and bacteria. The tanks are equipped with measurable and replaceable magnesium anodes. They are insulated with highly efficient pentane-powered PUR foam, which ensures effective insulation and low heat loss for many years.
