DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is an optional protection plan that provides up to four replacement units over a two-year period for a service fee. It covers accidental damage such as crashes and water exposure, with replacement units provided as new or equivalent devices through official DJI service channels. The plan must be activated within 30 days of first device activation and can be extended by one additional year for a total of up to three years. The standard manufacturer warranty remains active during the coverage period. Exclusions include loss, theft, intentional damage, accessories, and unauthorized modifications.
The plan must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation and is linked to the product’s serial number and region. Users may extend coverage by purchasing an additional one-year plan, allowing a maximum total coverage period of three years. During the validity of the service, the original manufacturer warranty remains active.
In the event of damage, users submit a claim and send the device to an authorized DJI service center. After assessment, the user chooses between standard repair or Care Refresh replacement. If Care Refresh is selected, a service fee is paid, and a replacement unit is issued with priority handling and free shipping.
The service excludes loss or partial loss, theft, abandoned devices, accessories, intentional damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused by force majeure events, unauthorized modifications, use of incompatible batteries or chargers, and issues arising outside the coverage period.
