DJI Care Refresh for Osmo Action 4
DJI Care Refresh provides one year of protection for DJI Osmo Action 3, covering accidental damage such as collisions and contact with water. The plan includes replacements for damaged equipment at an additional cost of PLN 95 per replacement. Damaged hardware is replaced with a new or equivalent unit. The service must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation. Protection can be extended to a maximum of three years by purchasing additional annual plans, subject to the extension conditions. The manufacturer’s warranty remains valid throughout the DJI Care Refresh service period.
The service must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation. Protection can be extended to a maximum of three years by purchasing additional annual plans. An annual plan can be extended twice with two further annual plans, while a two-year plan can be extended once with an additional annual plan. Purchasing another two-year plan is not a valid extension method. To qualify for an extension, the existing service must still be valid or have expired no more than 15 days earlier, and the original plan must meet DJI’s eligible plan conditions. The manufacturer’s warranty remains valid throughout the DJI Care Refresh service period.
To activate the service, enter the Care Refresh code at https://support.dji.com/care/active, together with the device’s serial number and the activating person’s name and email address. The plan is automatically assigned to the appropriate region, and confirmation is sent by email.
If an accident occurs, report the malfunction and send the equipment to DJI’s German service centre with confirmation that DJI Care Refresh has been purchased. After receiving a repair quote, choose between a paid repair or replacement and the Care Refresh service. If Care Refresh is selected, pay the applicable replacement fee. The replacement unit is then shipped on a priority basis with free delivery.
Eligible devices may qualify for an additional year of warranty if the Care Refresh replacement service is not used during the plan’s validity period. This benefit applies to selected products, including DJI Osmo Action 3.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover lost or partially lost equipment, stolen or abandoned products, additional accessories, intentional loss, housing damage that does not affect functionality, damage caused directly or indirectly by force majeure, or defects arising outside the service period. It also excludes charges for model upgrades or performance improvements, faults caused by modifications that do not follow the user manual, incompatible batteries or chargers, and unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
