TITAN LIFE Weight Set 100 kg. (Garage Gym) is a training station with 100 kg. weight set, which includes a training bench, squat rack, barbell and weight plates.
The training bench measures 154 x 60 x 35 cm. and has a total weight of 24 kg. It has a back that can be adjusted in 6 different positions and measures a width of 25 cm. and a transport wheel, so you can easily move it. The seat has a thickness of 5 cm. foam, is adjustable and can withstand a high load.
The included rack is a robust and stable stand, which can be used for squats and bench presses, among other things. It is a freestanding rack that fits all barbells and is a fantastic tool for home training, as it does not take up much space. Use the stand in exercises such as squats, shoulder presses, biceps curls or combine the stand with the training bench for bench presses. The rack weighs 13.5 kg. and has a maximum height of 138 cm. for the barbell and a minimum height of 88 cm. for the barbell.
The barbell is made of robust steel, has a grip of 30 mm. and measures 220 cm. It can easily be used alone or together with the training bench and training station. The bar weighs 20 kg. and fits weight plates with a diameter of Ø50 mm.
Weight plates of 5, 10 and 15 kg are included, which all have a rubber-coated iron core, which is perfect for all types of weight training, powerlifting, functional training, etc. and which protects the floor from possible drops. They all fit Ø50 mm. barbell.
