Shelly BLU Wall Switch 4 is a battery-operated Bluetooth button with four buttons, which is installed on the wall. The control button can be set up to control your lights, curtains, garage door, lighting scenes, or something completely different. It comes with a CR2032 battery with an expected lifespan of more than 5 years.
Shelly BLU Wall Switch 4 uses Bluetooth technology, which provides lightning-fast response time. To connect Shelly Bluetooth sensors and buttons to the network, the device must use a gateway. For this purpose, the battery unit can use any Shelly Pro, Shelly Plus, or Shelly Gen3 device, or the dedicated Shelly BLU USB Gateway.
This means that when you have another Shelly device installed on your WiFi, it will be able to act as an access point for Shelly Bluetooth devices to the network.Shelly BLU Button 4 can perform up to four actions or scenes per button: single, double, triple, and long press.
