Five effortless ways to unlock your door
The Nuki Keypad 2 NFC offers multiple ways to unlock your door. Users can choose from five options: Apple home key*, Samsung Digital Home Key, NFC (Tap to Unlock in the Nuki App Mode), fingerprint, or a custom code. The Keypad can store up to 35 Tap to Unlock keys, 20 fingerprints, and 200 access codes.
Tap to Unlock – Smart Home Mode
Use the built-in NFC to unlock instantly by tapping your smartphone or smartwatch** on your Keypad 2 NFC – no need to open an app in front of your door. Your phone or watch becomes your key. To unlock the potential of Apple home key* and Samsung Digital Home Key capabilities, users will need:
A compatible Nuki Smart Lock
A Matter hub of your mobile phone provider and a compatible mobile device
Tap to Unlock – Nuki App Mode
Nuki App Mode lets you use Tap to Unlock without Matter or a wallet app. This mode is available to all Nuki App users with a compatible Nuki Smart Lock. This setup requires an NFC-capable smartphone but no hub.
