The built-in web server allows for visualization and remote control from your smartphone, tablet or web browser. The design of the user interface is simple and easy to create using the pre-built functions in SoMachine without the need for HTML programming. Communication takes place via the integrated Ethernet port. The integrated CANopen port is perfect for advanced or simple motion solutions. Solutions can be created with servos or frequency converters or a combination of both. The CANopen port can communicate with up to 63 devices at once including servos, frequency converters and I/O modules.Modicon M241 can be expanded with TM3 modules which are compatible with all three PLCs in the MachineStruxureTM series.The modules include: I/O cards, analog cards,integrated safety (Ple/Cat4 according to 13849-1) as well as cards that connect the PLC to a TeSys motor starter from Schneider Electric via a standard RJ45 connection.TM3 modules can also be used in a distributed solution via internal bus connections.The connection itself is made using expansion modules TM3X.
