The Zelio RM22 control relay range brings to market 2 new key improvements.- The backlight LED dials for adjustment makes it easy to use in any condition, even in dusty or poorly lit enviroments. - The built-in testbutton simplifies commissioning and troubleshooting by a push of a button.RM22LA32MR is a control relay for filling or emptying liquid fluids.The relays has 3 terminals for connecting individual rods:C = Reference rod (could be the side of the vessel or a seperate rod)Min = Low level rodMax = High level rodThe control relay is supplied by 24 -240V AC/DC which makes it usable in most applications.The relay has 4 illuminated dials for setting up the relay.On the top dial you select the function to either filling or emptying and you set the sensitivity:Ls = Low Sensitivity (250-5k)St = Standard Sensitivity (5k-100k)Hs = High Sensitivity (50k-1M)The sensitivity is adjusted on the second dial and can be set between 5-100% of the selected range.Adjustment of the sensitivity depends on the conductivity of the media and can vary on different medias. Be aware that if the application contain different medias, the relay should be configured to the media with the lowest conductivity.On the third dial the timing function is selected and if there is 1 or 2 rods in the application.The bottom dial adjust the timing of the relay output and can be between 0,1 and 30 seconds.The LED's on the front shows the status of the contacts.The testbutton force the output when the timer is powered on.
