Paris is Peugeot's signature model and the grinder classic above them all. The grinder has the patented u'Select system with 6 different fixed settings - from fine to rough. Once selected, it will not change when you use the grinder. Just turn the ring at the bottom of the grinder and select the desired degree of fineness. Unique grinding mill. Wood puller. Keep the grinder dry. Always turn clockwise when grinding. Peugeot recommends using peppercorns with a diameter of 5 millimeters or less for the pepper mill to function optimally.
