Sharp knife in sheet steel, easy to sharpen. Ergonomic handle with non-slip properties for better grip. Long life. The knife measures 26 cm and its hardness is at 55 HrC. Is not dishwasher safe. It can withstand up to 150 degrees for a shorter period of time and 120 degrees for a longer period of time. In 1891, Karl Elsener, founder of Victorinox, delivered the first model of the later world famous swiss army knife. Later, tools and knives for professionals and quality conscious amateurs appeared on the market. The butt produced from fibrox plastic is extremely durable.
