Otello reinterprets the brand's traditional design with modern technology, quality materials and exclusive surface treatments. Otello comes in a limited edition and for a limited time. The 2022 edition is Champagne colored with a dark wood base.
The pasta machine has 7 different thicknesses for the pasta dough and produces 3 different types of pasta.
Marcato Pasta machine Otello 2022 Champagne is made of anodized aluminum and the champagne color is obtained through an anodic oxidation process so as not to stain the pasta. The base and knobs on the handle are made of solid wenge wood. It gives a vintage look while maintaining the typical stability and strength of Marcato products. The wood is treated with oil to increase resistance and durability over time.
