Thanks to the quick-change system, the accessory can be mounted in no time without tools - and hedge trimming can begin. The counter-rotating safety blade guarantees maximum safety and gives you pleasure in your garden. With low-vibration accessories, you work easily and effortlessly. Thanks to the battery operation of the base machine, you have full freedom of movement when using it without having to worry about annoying cables. In addition, the included carrying strap helps you with your work with the hedge trimmer. The use is quiet, emission-free and easy to maintain - making it independent of rest periods.
When dismantled, both MT 40 base machines and HTA 4045 attachments can be transported and stored space-savingly.

The counter-rotating safety blade is 45 cm long with a cutting width of 20 cm. It is diamond-ground which simplifies precise and powerful cuts due to its sharpness. You avoid getting stuck on thick branches - for your mobility and exclusion of accidents.
Thanks to the included extension tube, you can extend up to an operating height of up to 3.5 meters.
With a charged Energy Flex Li-ion battery (40 V / 5 Ah) in MT 40 base machine ,you can work for up to 75 minutes – perfect for your garden . An empty battery recharges after about two hours so that you can work without interruptions if using an extra battery.
