The pizza baking stone fits CADAC's Meridian and Citi Chef 50 but can also be used in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles and other gas BBQs. This 15 mm thick baking stone can withstand temperatures of 300°C.
The pizza stone comes with a practical chrome plated wire holder. With this holder you can easily place and remove the stone on the BBQ. The stone is made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, which draws the moisture out of the dough. The result: a delicious and crispy pizza!
In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake delicious bread, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone.
Cooking area: ø 42cm.
TIP: Simply clean the pizza stone with a cloth and do not use detergent and water as the pizza stones are very porous.
