VOLTAGE Countersinks and deburring tools are made of hardened steel and carbide. The protective nylon ring on the countersink ensures that you do not leave scratch marks on the material being drilled into. The depth stop is adjusted and removed completely using the small pin screw on the side. Of course, hex keys are included with all our countersinks. When used for pre-drilling holes for plugs, the entire depth stop is removed backwards and a small groove in the milling bit ensures that a precise dimension hole with a sharp edge is easily created to fit the plug. Loose bits and nylon rings are available as spare parts for our countersinks.
