ASV-PV is a automatic balancing valve that maintains constant differential pressure across the riser. ASV-PV can be set to control the differential pressure in several Dp setting ranges: Between 5 to 25 kPa (10 kPa factory setting), 20 to 40 kPa (30 kPa), 35 to 75 kPa (60 kPa), and 60 to 100 kPa (80 kPa). When supplied ASV-PV is set at factory setting. It incorporates a shut-off function and a drain cock. ASV-PV is designed for installation in the return pipe.

Danfoss ASV-PV-4G DN20 differential pressure regulator 3/4" Product description: DANFOSS ASV-PV-4G DN20 5-25 kPa KVS 2.5ASV-PV is a combined differential pressure regulator and shut-off valve. The valve is equipped with a handle for shut-off and in the center of the handle, adjustment of differential pressure with an Allen key. ASV-PV is used in heating and cooling systems to maintain a constant differential pressure over a group of radiators, floor heating manifolds, fan coils, cooling ceilings or motor valves. ASV-PV can be set to regulate differential pressure between 5 KPa-25 KPa / 20-40 kPa / 35-75 kPa / 60-100 kPa. The valve is installed in the return line (differential pressure regulation) and regulating valve ASV-BD or MSVF2 is installed in the supply line (flow regulation/flow verification). ASVP-V ensures a constant differential pressure so that correct pressure drop and flow are maintained over its valves (kv settings), as well as avoiding flow noise.
